How can I check up on my order?
You can log in to your account here at any time to view the status of your order, and see any notes that our staff members may have added on. You will also receive an email when your order is dispatched (please note – this may go to your spam or junk mail folder.
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
The delivery person will either leave it with a neighbor or post a slip giving instructions for arranging a re-delivery or collect it from your local post sorting office. Other countries may have different procedures for this. If you don’t want to miss your delivery, we recommend having it sent to an address where someone is always in, such as to a workplace or a relative.
My order hasn’t arrived yet, what shall I do?
If your order doesn’t arrive at the expected time, please contact us for information on what to do next. To determine that a parcel is definitely lost, we generally ask that customers allow 5 days from dispatch for orders sent within the Ghana, and 4 weeks for orders sent out of Ghana before we are able to send a replacement order or issue a refund.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
We’re confident you’ll be delighted with every purchase from Sellgiant.com, however, we’ll understand if you change your mind and would like a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll then advise you how to go about returning the item(s) to us, as long as they are still in their original and unused condition, with all packaging and tags.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that items are returned safely, so please use a registered service and/or keep all posting receipts to allow you to make a postal claim for damage/loss if necessary.
What happens next?
Once we’ve received the item(s) back in their original condition, we’ll initiate a refund within 48 hours, via the method you used to pay. Delivery costs are non-refundable (except in the rare case of incorrect, faulty, or damaged items being received). If you return an entire order which used free delivery, we’ll deduct our exact delivery cost from the refund amount.
If you requested an exchange and the cost of your new item(s) is different from the cost of your original item(s), we’ll refund or charge you the difference appropriately. It’s vital to include your order number with any returns.

How much will the shipping cost?
As our product sizes vary and per your location, you will be able to find accurate shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages when ordering.
How do I place an order?
Create an account, add the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the; Add to Cart button located next to the product image. When you’re ready to complete your order, click Continue Checkout; from within your cart and follow the instructions.

We accept VisaCard, MasterCard, and all mobile money payments.

How do I Post an Ad?
If you are not already logged in, you will need to log in as the first step of posting your ad. Posting an ad on SellGiant is quick and easy! Simply click the Red Post Ad or Submit Ad button and follow the instructions. All Ads are Reviewed by our Team here at SellGiant. Your ad will go live once it has been reviewed (this usually takes less than 30 mins during working hours).
I Published an Ad, but I cannot find it. Please Whats wrong?
Tip: you can keep track of your ads easily by logging in to your account, your vendor profile page and visiting your “My ads” page!
Your ad may not be live due to one of the following reasons:
• It is still under review – this will show on your My Ads page as “Private”
• It may have violated our posting rules.
• You have used up your free ad allowance
Can I Add Videos to my Ads?. How do i go about it.
Tip: Adding a video to your Ad can increase your chances of attracting more customers than just using only pictures!
You can add a video to your Ads to give your interested customers a closer and better description of what you are offering.
1. Go to the post Ad or Submit Ad section
2. Under the Image and Video Section, Paste in your iframe or video URL. Recommended frame size(iframe 710×400) It can be a video from your account (youtube, Vimeo, etc). Just upload your ad videos to your youtube or Vimeo channels and paste in the link in the space provided here and that’s it. Very easy right?
What are the rules for posting Ads on SellGiant?
We don’t allow ads that contain the following:
1. an item that is illegal in your country
2. an item or service that is not located in your country
3. an invalid phone number or email address
4. an unrealistic offer
5. offensive language
6. offensive pictures
7. text in the title or description that is not related to the advertised item or service
8. pictures that do not match or clearly show the advertised item or service
9. videos that do not match or clearly show the advertised item or services
10. a non-specific item or service, e.g. a description of a company in general terms
11. a URL link that is not relevant to the advertised item or service
12. offers and requests for items or services in the same ad
13. the same content as another live ad, or the same content as another ad that was posted within the last 48 hours
14. pictures with watermarks
15. multiple items in the same ad
Note: your ad will be rejected or brought down if they do not meet our Ad requirement.

When you post an ad for the first time, we will contact you within 24 hours to verify your identity.
